What we collect
Information you give us
- Orders. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order.
- Payment details. Card payments are processed by Authorize.Net. Your full card number is sent directly to them and is never stored on our servers. We retain only the last four digits and the card type so we can identify a transaction.
- Event and class signups. When you book a class, a market booth or a food truck slot we collect the attendee or business name, contact phone number, the date you selected and any details specific to that booking, such as table size or what you sell.
- Contact forms. Anything you type into a contact form on this site, including your name, email address and message.
- Accounts. If you create an account we store your email address, a hashed password and your saved addresses.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies. WooCommerce sets cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in. These are required for the store to work.
- Technical data. Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil your order and arrange shipping or in store pickup.
- To send order confirmations, receipts and shipping updates.
- To run the events and classes you sign up for.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To keep records required for tax and accounting.
- To detect and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with:
- Authorize.Net, to process card payments.
- Our web host, which stores the site and its database.
- Our email provider, to deliver order and contact emails.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver physical orders.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Contact form messages are kept for two years. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window set by our host.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep order records where the law requires it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can also block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.
Age restriction
This site sells age restricted products. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and payment details are transmitted directly to our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
